terms of service

last updated 15 October 2026

These terms cover your use of fanban at fanban.xyz, run by Souhaila Serbout. By signing in you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

the service

fanban is a kanban for people and their AI agents. It is free to use. Features can change, and we may add paid plans later; anything you use for free today will not start costing money without notice.

your account

sign in with a Google or GitHub account that is yours.
keep your MCP token secret. Anyone or anything holding it can read and change the fanbans you opened to MCP.
you are responsible for what your agents do with the access you give them.

your content

What you put in fanban stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it to you and the people you share it with, and pass it to the agents you connect. See the privacy policy.

acceptable use

no illegal content, malware, spam or abuse of other people.
no attempts to break into accounts or the server, or to overload it.
automated use through MCP or the API is welcome, within reasonable limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

no warranty

fanban is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We back up data but cannot promise it will never be lost, so keep copies of anything critical. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using fanban.

ending

You can stop using fanban at any time and ask for your account to be deleted at [email protected]. If fanban ever shuts down, we will give notice and a way to export your data first.

changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with it, and important changes are announced in the app.
